I have experience wearing a jaw-expansion appliance. Dr. Lyubov performed the fitting very skillfully and carefully; at each stage, she explained what each part was for and where it was being placed, and overall, the atmosphere was very friendly. Wearing it was unusual at first — the appliance doesn’t give you enough room to move as you normally would. But over time, you get used to everything, and at times I didn’t even remember I was wearing it. It’s a bit difficult to adjust the appliance yourself; it’s better to have someone you trust do it for you. The sensations are a little strange, but it’s not painful — you just feel a bit of pressure in different directions. Throughout the entire time I wore it, I stayed in touch with Dr. Lyubov; I could ask her anything I didn’t understand and get a prompt response.) Overall, I’m completely satisfied with the experience. I’m very glad I ended up with Dr. Lyubov, because with her, you really feel that someone cares about you.
