Payment in installments at Astra Dent

From April 1, 2024, the “Payment in installments” service from PrivatBank is available in our network. And this is not an April Fool’s joke! Our patients have repeatedly asked if this option is available, so we decided to take one step further to meet the needs of our visitors.

What is the essence of this service?

This is an opportunity for our patients who are customers of PrivatBank to split the payment for our services into several payments. This is a payment in installments, not a loan service or deferment.

Who can pay in installments?

PrivatBank clients. To find out about your limit (it depends on it whether the patient can use the service), you should check this information in one of the possible ways:

• through the Privat24 application in the Loans → Payment in installments section;
• via SMS to the number 10060 with the CHAST command;
• by contacting a PrivatBank branch;
• with the help of the support service in the “Help online” chat.

If the limit is not enough, the patient can contact the bank to increase it.

For what amount can a patient receive the “Payment in installments” service?

The amount is individual and depends on the limit, so the patient can find out the maximum amount on their own. The amount of the minimum payment is not important but up to 4 installments.
