Deep caries treatment package (coffer dam, anesthesia, filling)

A tooth with significant decay can be restored affordably at Astra Dent with the deep caries treatment package. This package includes essential services provided by a general practitioner during caries treatment:

• anesthesia;
• cofferdam (sealing the treatment area);
• filling for deep caries;
• filling polishing.

Deep caries requires a preliminary visual diagnosis—a CT scan or X-ray (panoramic or targeted). Additionally, during the procedure, the dentist can determine the need for root canal treatment and the placement of a ceramic crown, for example. The dentist can assess whether a filling alone is sufficient and whether there is enough dentin between the cavity affected by decay and the nerve.
