I had an initial consultation with Anna Alexandrovna and was completely satisfied. I have a bit of a complicated situation with my bite, and I visited many orthodontists who, after looking at just the panoramic photo, immediately and uncompromisingly advised me to remove two healthy teeth, supposedly because there was no room in the jaw to align the teeth and bite.Several of my friends who had previously been treated according to this principle did not get the desired results: over time, even wearing retainers, the dentition became crooked again. Therefore, it was important for me to consult with several orthodontists to find out about an alternative plan for correcting the bite, because it is unlikely that everyone who is shown orthodontic treatment needs to remove healthy "fours" and still have problems with the bite and joints later.For the initial consultation, I had a CT scan, based on the results, the condition of the joints, the condition of the teeth (presence of caries) and the need for root canals were assessed. Already at this stage, I appreciated the comprehensive approach of the orthodontist. I was sent a preliminary treatment plan and was referred for additional diagnostics: a TRG scan and a 3D scan of the jaw, as well as a consultation with a surgeon (regarding implantation) and an endodontist to assess the feasibility of root canals before installing the braces system.None of the orthodontists I visited with Anna Aleksandrovna approached my situation so responsibly and comprehensively. During the examination, the doctor explained that healthy "fours" do not need to be removed, in my case microimplants are indicated to move the roots of the teeth to the desired position, not only to turn the teeth for aesthetics, but first of all to correct the incorrect bite. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the doctor's approach to my case, it is completely individual and based on real data of my situation.

I was at Igor Dmitrovich's office for a minor surgical procedure - suturing the gums after wisdom tooth extraction. I had the tooth extracted at another clinic, and unfortunately, due to improper care, I washed a blood clot from the extraction site, so I started to feel pain. Since I was unable to quickly contact the doctor who had the extraction, I made an appointment with Igor Dmitrovich on his recommendation.The doctor assessed the condition after the extraction and recommended suturing the area, which we did. The procedure was not the most pleasant for me, but the staff's attitude reassured me and I felt comfortable. After the procedure, it became much easier, and the extraction site healed faster.I also had my wound sutured with a material that does not require removal of stitches - which is very convenient, because I am not from Kyiv and it would be inconvenient for me to come for removal. The next day, the clinic called me back to find out about my condition.I am completely satisfied with the work of the doctor and assistant, and I also have a generally positive impression of the clinic and staff.
