Negative I would like to immediately note the professionalism of A.V. Rubinov and S.M. Tishchenko. However, the negative feedback concerns the administrative level, and possibly the policies of the AstraDent clinic itself. The administrators did not provide preliminary information about the cost of services according to the proposed treatment plan. The five-digit figure on the final bill was, for me, a contrast shower, which forced me to cancel further treatment at the AstraDent clinic. I can only recommend that you carefully review the preliminary treatment plan and the cost of services BEFORE starting treatment. I am duplicating my review due to the administration's reluctance to publish it. If it does not appear on the site by the current date, I will be forced to contact the consumer protection association.
